If you've ever stood in the frozen food aisle wondering which chicken parm you should get... you probably had to make an impulse decision, based solely on packaging and your experience with the brand. Odds are, you then waited four minutes and thirty seconds at home, the microwave beeped, and you experienced that familiar taste - disappointment.

This may be the most efficient networking event you'll ever attend!

SpeedLink brings together Triangle professionals that are looking for the a faster and efficient way to meet and screen new professional relationships. Participants will have five minutes to network with each new person they meet. Once the five minutes is up, participants move to the next person, start networking and determine if there is a potential for a new professional or business relationship.

Some have called this the "marathon of networking events". No matter if you are an introvert or an extrovert you will enjoy SpeedLink. So, attend a fun, organized and well structured event where you will meet many people in 2 hours.

12/2/10 OpenLink Networking and Charity Event Sponsors

On December 2, 2010 a number of Raleigh professionals and Triangle business owners came together to connect and support a local charity. The 2nd Annual OpenLink Networking and Charity Event was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Downtown Raleigh. Over 200 people registered to support of the Food B ank of Central and Eastern North Carolina by bringing a food donation as the cost of admission to this event. Once inside, attendees gathered to make new connections, reestablish old ones and search for new opportunities.

Last year this event collected and delivered 425 lbs of food for the Food Bank. This year, generosity was not absent. Food donations totaled 745 lbs! The largest donation was made by GoldLink sponsor Jason's Deli. Thank you to all of our sponsors that helped make this event happen. These businesses saw an  opportunity to support a local charity and bring together people that can help the local economy all while gaining more exposure for their business.

If you missed this event take a look at the video put together by Blvd.tv (formerly Triangle Blvd).
